Work from wherever you do your best work, in any EU timezone. We meet in person a few times a year, somewhere nice, on the company.

Real autonomy

You own problems, not tickets. If you join to build the mobile app, the mobile app is yours: decisions, quality and all.

Honest pay, no games

Salaries are set by a transparent formula, not negotiation skill. Nobody gets a foosball table instead of a raise.

No performance theatre

No stand-ups for the sake of stand-ups, no OKR rituals, no being online to look busy. We judge work by whether Crestline got better.
